How to use PRP ACD+GEL Tubes:

1. Preparation

  • Sanitize: Clean the patient’s facial skin and blood draw site (arm) with antiseptic.
  • Gather Supplies:
    • Dermaheal ACD+GEL+Peptides tube(s).
    • Sterile butterfly needle, syringe, and tourniquet.
    • Centrifuge (PRP-optimized settings).
    • Microneedling device or mesotherapy gun (optional).

2. Blood Collection

  1. Draw Blood:
    • Collect 8–10ml of venous blood directly into the Dermaheal tube.
    • The ACD Anticoagulant prevents clotting while preserving platelet integrity.
  2. Gentle Mixing:
    • Invert the tube 5–6 times to blend blood with ACD and peptides. Avoid shaking.

3. Centrifugation

  1. First Spin:
    • Centrifuge at 1500–2000 RPM for 10 minutes.
    • The GEL barrier separates RBCs (bottom) from PRP (middle) and platelet-poor plasma (PPP, top).
  2. Second Spin (Optional):
    • Transfer the PRP layer to a sterile tube.
    • Spin at 3000 RPM for 5–8 minutes for higher platelet concentration.

4. PRP-Peptide Activation

  • Extract PRP: Use a sterile pipette to collect the PRP layer (middle).
  • Peptide Synergy: The pre-loaded peptides (e.g., Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8) bind to PRP, boosting collagen synthesis and cellular repair.

5. Application to Face

  • Microneedling:
    • Apply PRP after microneedling (0.5–1.5mm depth) for deep absorption.
    • Use a derma roller or automated pen.
  • Mesotherapy:
    • Inject PRP intradermally into target areas (cheeks, forehead, nasolabial folds).
    • Use a 30–32G needle for precision.
  • Topical Boost:
    • Mix PRP with hyaluronic acid serums or apply post-laser for enhanced results.

6. Post-Treatment Care

  • Advise the patient to:
    • Avoid sun exposure, makeup, or harsh skincare for 24 hours.
    • Use gentle, hydrating products (e.g., ceramide creams).
    • Schedule 3–4 sessions (4–6 weeks apart) for optimal results.
